The president of Mokunda FC, “El Supremo Prince” Eric Molua Motande, has his sight on winning the coveted Limbe City Council Inter-quarters football extravaganza this summer.
The debutants are now cast favourites after a serene start to their campaign and the club president insists his boys can replicate what had been a regular order.
Big wins against Moliwe FC and Mawoh Rising Stars has changed the dynamics in the dressing room and Prince Eric Molua Motande says its now or never for his charges to show that they have the mental strength to survive at the highest level.
“We have shown plenty of hunger and resilience already we just need to keep improving every passing day.The sky is our limit,” he said.
Despite the positives the president says the sizeable challenge of what lies ahead are evident and has urged his players to remain focus and discipline.
Mokunda FC are leading Group A with seven points after three games.
Next stop is a tricky tie against points distributors Reconciliation FC.
Mokunda is a village in Limbe II Subdivision known for its touristic attractions and it’s legendary hospitality.
