French Ligue One side Angers have turned down offers from English Premier League Clubs as they are determined to see that striker Karl Toko-Ekambi stays in the club.

At 25, Toko-Ekambi has had a good start of the season with a record of 9 goals in 18 Ligue 1 games. Speaking recently, the President of Angers, Saïd Chabane made it clear that he has refused an offer of 14 million Euro from Brighton.

“We must strengthen the defense but it shouldn’t mean that we should be weak in front. Karl will not leave; I refused an offer of 14 million euros yesterday.”

According to Angers President, this offer was made by Brighton. He also revealed that other Premier League giants like Leicester City, Crystal Palace, Everton and Burnley are also interested.
