Victoria United most sought after manager Joseph Mbock Maput has told his charges to remain positive in their reactions lest they might become victims of their own success.

The Limbe based giants have raised the bar high since the former midfielder replaced Dinga Emmanuel in the dugout more than two seasons ago.

Opopo have not only played football with swagger this term President Ndive Thomas’ boys have been grinding out results across all competitions but the Elite two remains the club realistic target.

Talk of a league and cup double has rented the air but coach Mbock Maput has urged his players not to take their eyes off the ball.

“Our objective remains unchanged, a place in the elite division but as Oliver Twist we can ask for more,” Mbock said.
