The first edition of the South West Inter City Basketball Challenge, SWICC, that started on Wednesday, July 19, saw Legends Of Buea Town beat Tiko Monsters by 62 to 42 baskets.

The encounter that pulled a huge crown of basketball lovers, saw Mbony Tamo of
Legends Of Buea Town  and Ejimofor Charles of Tiko Monsters as top scorers with 17 and 10 points respectively.

Speaking to, the brain behind SWICC, Ifose Emile Mbella, said the initiative has come as a result a simple inter quarter competition which they intended to organise.

Some of the teams taking part in this competition are Revolution from Kumba, Monsters from Tiko, Red Devils from Molyko,  New Mindset from Buea and Legends of Buea Town.

The competition will take part in Tiko, Kumba and Buea
